Reservations

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
   • Upon booking, guests will receive a confirmation email with reservation details.

2. Advance Payment:

   • A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at the time of booking.
   • This deposit will be applied to your total bill upon check-out.

3. Group Reservations:

   • For group bookings of five or more rooms, please contact our reservations department directly.
   • Special terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-In Time:

   • Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
   • Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
   • We also offer 24-hour check-in to accommodate guests arriving at any time of the day or night. Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive outside regular check-in hours.

2. Check-Out Time:

   • Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
   • Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Identification:

   • A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking are required at check-in.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit.

2. No-Show Policy:

   • Guests who do not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation will be charged for the first night's stay.

Modifications

1. Changes to Reservations:
   • Guests can modify their reservation details up to 48 hours before the check-in date without any additional charges, subject to room availability.
   • Modifications within 48 hours of the check-in date may incur additional charges.

Payment

1. Accepted Payment Methods:

   • We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards.
   • Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in.

2. Security Deposit:

   • A security deposit may be required at check-in, refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.

   • Smoking in designated non-smoking areas will result in a cleaning fee.
